You'll notice his speech and cognition start to seriously deteriorate around this date, and it's directly tied to his drug use (which he flaunts, which you'll see in future parts). It only gets worse from there. It becomes disturbing to watch—genuinely sad, even—but that still doesn't mean I feel sorry for him.
